My name is Elizabeth Neary and I have an LL.B hons Degree from London. After practising in Chertsey for a number of years and heading a family practice in Windsor, I decided to set up my own solicitors in Chertsey.

I am a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel and a specialist in family law but more recently have dealt with private client matters. I am a solicitor with considerable experience dealing with divorce, financial issues, cohabitation disputes ranging from simple matters to high net worth cases. Further as to children matters, I have dealt with a wide range of issues from contact and residence disputes to more complex issues such as seeking permission to take children out of the jurisdiction, special guardianship orders and public law children proceedings. I do my own advocacy where possible.

At my solicitors in Chertsey, I am committed to resolving family disputes in a constructive and non-confrontational way whenever possible. I draft wills, carry out the administration of estates, prepare and register lasting powers of attorney and advise on any contentious matters regarding any inheritance act claims.

I understand that all matters are stressful and traumatic but through my experience my main aim is to give good quality service to the individual client but also to maintain an honest and realistic outcome.
